Project to Aid Victim of 2008 Floods

After the floods of 2008 individuals from SOCC donated money that was used towards the purchase of a new mobile home for a couple in Stinesville. Just two weeks before moving into their new home the husband passed away. During CareFest09 SOCC volunteers planted trees and had a prayer of dedication for the home. A few more things need to be finished on the property so we have scheduled a work day for Saturday, May 1, from 8 - noon.
